IG ติช่า - กันติชา ชุมมะ | I always wanted to be a model. When I lived in Sweden i would try to make connections with photographers and makeup artists. I had to commute for hours to do a test shoot and I did that whenever I was free from school. I sent out my portfolio to all the agencies around my area. I remember the first time I got an email back saying: thank you but you're not the look we are looking for right now. Some might just be straight up and say: we are not interested and others didn't even bother to reply. I was like damn! That cuts right in my heart. What is it that I was lacking? That others have but I don't? I hated the feeling. However, I just couldn't stop! I want this and I want it so badly! I came to realized that it doesn't matter how many no(s) you get, it's about "yes" that counts. So I kept it going with the free test shoots and sending out emails to different people, simply because I was so passionate about it. Eventually I got job offers, not big but can you imagine how it felt!? So rewarding! Finally someone sees! Finally hard work pays off. I am glad I did what I did and the fact that I never gave up. I know I still have a long way left to go and that's the fun challenging part!
