@thepabitra004 My PNR ticket no NN1B9M Flight from Pune to Kolkata in 16/05/2018 at 10:55pm I was terrified by the customer service when I arrived at pune airport to board my flight I was denied to board the flight because of late arrival. But i was on time before 40mins but the lady called ms Malina was rude she kept rejecting my boarding because she was engaged in her phone. She didnt even cared to address my concern. I was on time and I was new to pune city and she was adamant even after several humble request She even used abusive language and threaten me to throw out of airport. This airlines doesnt care even an ounce about the customer Their customer care is horrible im never going to use This airline and advise others to refrain from using their flight. I want my refund back Please get back to me otherwise Im going to file a police complaint aganist your company and your employee named ms Malina. Im also going to elevate this case to consumer court too for looting and misbehaving with me.
