IG แอริน ยุกตะทัต | I didn’t really get a good start into 2019 to be honest. There were a series of unfortunate events that happened even before new year’s that kind of set me off my path. I’m just here to remind some of you who might be having a hard time and struggling to get through that everything starts with you. You are the one who decides how you will feel today, how you will conquer each obstacle that comes your way. Keep surrounding yourself with people who will lift you up and love you. Don’t be afraid and hide out in your comfort zone but instead kick down those doors that you fear. Do things for yourself and most importantly love yourself. You cannot love others if you don’t love you. Don’t get fooled by the glamorous and beautiful lives that social media has set as an example. Everyone is fighting their own battle. I’m here to encourage all of you that you are not alone. Despite everything I am going through, I’ve decided to focus on my physical and mental being starting in the gym. There’s nothing that makes me feel like winner as getting through the workouts and pushing through even though it hurts and as much as I wanna give up. There’s always a way out for every situation and it starts with the best version of you. Goodluck to everyone and may you all have a terrific day! x
