IG พลอยชมพู - ญานนีน ภารวี ไวเกล | I got back to the gym, this time training on my own, for roughly a month now...usually I don’t share this aspect of my life with a lot of people because I’m really self-conscious about my workouts, but I thought it would be nice to post this and see how I’ll progress in the future. Given the fact, I still gotta work a lot on my form and performance because I’m far from being an expert haha Well yeah, here is my first 12.5KG Barbell Front Squat & Barbell Front Split Squat, (which honestly got my legs shaking so much😂) Oh, and P.S. excuse the unflattering double-chin angle lol
