IG ซูซี่ - สุษิรา แอนจิลีน่า แน่นหนา | I know I haven’t posted any fitness photos or videos for a long time. 1. I feel super awkward and shy taking photos of myself in the gym 😅 and it’s distracting from the focus of working out on a schedule. But here’s a quick one ☺️ 2. My PT & partner isn’t around anymore to film me. 3. I slacked off from the gym when I was working vigorously everyday last year. So a few weeks ago I checked myself and noticed how skinny I had gotten from no weight training for an entire year. Eek. I realized I needed to get back into regular fitness and weight strengthening&conditioning to gain back my muscle mass and strength I had lost over the year. So 3 weeks ago I started walking up the mountain early morning everyday with my mum, sister at times and our dogs. Such a great start to the day getting in that incline cardio and forest bathing at the same time! Then a couple weeks ago I started dumbbell weights at home to get the ball rolling strengthening muscles again. Last week I started ‘Booty by Bret’ program at the gym which is not just glute sculpting with weights and other equipment but full body workouts by @bretcontreras1 and I have to say I feel so energized, strong, and sore too of course but good sore! Excited to get back into a regular fitness/weight strengthening&conditioning routine with the goal being long term journey and results. Here’s to now and the bright future ahead! 💥🏋🏻‍♀️💪🏼🌟 P.S. I am open for any recommendations on how to film my fitness progress though. Mornings there aren’t many people yet in the gym, thank goodness. How do you all do it? Iphone tripod?
