Of course there will be some cravings for some other foods, so treat yourself to a bit of those as part of your diet. You’re putting yourself up for failure if you limit yourself entirely 100% to clean eating. The goal is long term and maintaining a diet that will be a healthy routine as part of your lifestyle.
Besides that as my everyday object, and mindful practices, I’ve been doing a detox program just for a month. To clean ingested impurities, toxins and really get my body’s system oxygenated and energized. My holistic teacher says we all need to “Drink more and eat less”. Been having fun with my program creating yummy healthy meals, shakes and drinking lots of fluids (lots of H2O!).
