IG ติช่า - กันติชา ชุมมะ | Last sunset of the decade This year I am strong, next year I will be happy. I have so many things to be grateful for in 2019. I’ve got to meet beautiful souls along the way and some that stay in my life - thank you; some that exit my life: also thank you. So much laughter, tears and sometimes both at the same time because I’m crazy. Career wise: I mean wow I could honestly not ask for more. I had so many great opportunities. Worked with many talented people. I got to do what I love everyday and bring smiles to some of you and this makes me so happy. Love: besides family and friends I must say I got so much love from all of you and even we might never have met in person. I want to let you know that I feel the love and support. You give me strength to keep going everyday. Thank you. And yes there were things that broke my heart and got me crying my eyes out but it definitely taught me a lot. Especially, meaning of “letting go” . Something I’ve struggle with for a long time. All we have is now so live more in the presence. Lastly self development: This year I decided to focus on improving my health - mentally and physically - and self growth. Read more, listen more, be more open minded, exercise my mind and body. I also got to reflect on myself and things around me. I am still learning and strive to be better. I hope this coming year I can understand things that I might yet not understand at this moment and hopefully be more kind to myself and to others. @c_ukindset ป้าไม่รู้ว่า เริ่มชอบ ติช่า ตั้งแต่ตอนไหน แต่มีความสุข เมื่อได้เห็นความร่าเริง สนุกสนาน ความสร้างสรรค์ของติช่า เลยตาม บางคนก็เหมือนเป็นแมว 9 ชีวิต ติช่ายังต้องเจออีกเยอะ ทั้งดีและไม่ดี สิ่งไม่ดีเข้ามาแล้วเราผ่านไปได้ มันคือ วัคซีน vaccine หมอฉีดวัคซีน ก็คือฉีดตัวร้ายเข้าไปในร่างกายเรา ให้เราค่อยๆสร้างภูมิคุ้มกันใหม่ให้เกิดขึ้นในตัวเรา ... สิ่งดีเข้ามา ถือว่าเป็น vitamin มาเสริมเพิ่มเติม ให้เรา ก็แค่นั้นเอง ... ถ้าเรากินพอ นอนพอ ไม่มีโรคอะไรทำร้ายเราได้ ปี 2019 ป้าก็เจอเยอะ ทั้งโดนฟ้องหย่า เจอทนายไม่ดี ยอมกัดฟันใช้เงินเก็บสู้หาทนายใหม่ ทั้งๆที่ไม่เข้าใจตัวหนังสือของประเทศเขาทั้งหมด สู้อยู่คนเดียว เพื่อลูก ก็รอดกันมาส่วนหนึ่ง แล้วก็มาตกจักรยาน กระดูกมือแตก ตามด้วยสิ้นปี ตกบันได 12ขั้น แต่คราวนี้ไม่มีอะไรแตก แค่ช้ำ ตกแบบไม่ลื่นไถล ตกแบบหัวทิ่ม พุ่งหลาว คงมาจาก มึนหัว เวลาก้มลง ตกมาถึงเกือบขั้นสุดท้าย เข่ากระแทกเบรคไว้ แล้วหัวปักที่พื้น ดีว่าพื้นเป็นพรม ... มีหลายคนที่เจอเรื่องร้ายๆกว่าเราเยอะ คนที่ทำกับเราไม่ดี ให้เราเสียใจ ป้ามีวิธีบอกตัวเองค่ะ โอ้ะ เขาเรียนมาน้อย และไม่มีใครสอนเขาเรื่องทำดีกับคนอื่น เขาน่าสงสารที่ต้องมีชีวิตรอดอยู่ด้วยกับการตอแหล หรือ judge คนอื่น ให้ร้ายคนอื่น เอาเปรียบคนอื่น ... สมเพชไปซะ ... ขอให้ ๒๕๖๓ 2020 เป็นปีที่ดีสำหรับติช่านะคะ 😍
