IG ซาร่า - นลิน โฮเลอร์ | Vegan tofu lemon chesscake!!!!😋🤍☁️ ทำครั้งแรกก็อร่อยเลย555 ไม่เคยคิดว่าวันนึงจะทำอาหารได้ จนวันที่เรารู้สึกว่าสุขภาพสำคัญ เช่นเดียวกับสิ่งที่เราเลือกกินในแต่ละวันก็สำคัญเช่นกัน การได้ทำอาหารเองเราจึงรู้ว่าเราใส่อะไรไปบ้าง และแต่ละอย่างมีประโยชน์อย่างไร ที่สำคัญขอขอบคุณผู้จุดประการโดยเชฟเอียนที่ชวนไปทำอาหาร เป็นจุดเริ่มต้นที่ทำให้อยากเรียนรู้อีกเยอะ หลังจากนั้นก็ลองฝึกทำเองที่บ้าน เริ่มตั้งแต่หยุดสงกรานต์จนตอนนี้เริ่มสนุกกับการทำอาหาร(ให้อร่อยและมีประโยชน์) ใครอยากชิมก็ลองมาชิมได้ที่ @thegreenhub.bkk ร้านคาเฟ่สุขภาพที่เคยฝันกำลังจะเติบโต^^ Never thought that I’ll be cooking before, I’m really terrible at cooking to be honest!lol but after I’ve got a chance to take class with chef @iankittichai it’s changed my perspective about food especially when you put on the detail in to any dishes and realize how important of all the ingredients that you choose for your body! It made me feel happy when it came out not just looks good but also delicious and healthy too:) Thanks for ppl who inspired and motivated me and thanks to myself that finally I’m getting to do lots of Vegan food for health benefit and made good use of my free time after long Holliday to come:) so if you guys interesting and want to try some, please welcome @thegreenhub.bkk I’ll be making some more vegan cake:) hope you’ll be enjoy and stay healthy !!!
