IG โอซา แวง | Just started my Yu Fai a few days ago with @nhu_yufai_panthai and already can see the change in my body. For those of u that don’t know what Yu Fai is, Yu Fai, which literally means 'lie near fire', is a traditional practice for Thai women after child birth. The practice is rooted in superstition but it also a real therapeutic medical benefit for a new mother. It is a specialized series of massage techniques, including variations of Thai-style massage with herbal compresses and relaxing aromatherapy massages with essential oils. 7 days non stop! 🙏🏻❤️
