I’m grateful for another year around the sun ☀️ here are some things I’ve learnt - 1. Forgive yourself..often and forgive others. The past is gone so don’t dwell on it. Our days on this earth are numbered so if today was to be your last day why spend it holding on to something that can’t be fixed. Appreciate the now. 2. Gratitude for the smallest things even on our most difficult days. If you are going through bad times it won’t last forever.. this too shall pass. Find the lesson in it and then it is blessing. Wisdom comes from pain and experience. 3. Meditation and finding stillness has changed my perspective and understanding what’s important. Family, relationships and experiences are more important than work to me now. You don’t need to wait for that job, success or the perfect weight to love yourself. LOVE yourself now. 4. Don’t judge others - everyone is going through it. Being human is hard. Give others kindness. Observe not react. Growth is pausing before reacting. 5. Animals are our friends and this earth is our home. Be compassionate. ☀️ well that’s it! . My birthday wish this year is if you are reading this I wish you joy and that something wonderful happens to you today 💜❤️

Life is complete when I go back and see my grandma 🥹❤️ rice fields, hugs and just peace 🪷🥹 heart is full ❤️❤️ รักคุณยายมาก กลับมาอ่างทอง ทุกครั้งมีความสุขมาก 🇹🇭 I’ve been to a lot of places but it’s the rice fields that gets my whole heart every time.
