Having a visible six-pack (abs) may be a goal for many people. But, it's actually not a reliable indicator of physical fitness.
Some days I wake with great definition, and on some days I wake up with no definition (Just like this photo 🤪 - after a good indulgence of pasta and icecream the night before ), and that's okay!
Instead of obsessing over getting that visible six-pack, I want you to focus on progressing your fitness and improving performance in the gym (or whatever sports you're doing).
In that way, it'll make everything more enjoyable and you'll more likely to stick to your fitness routine.
Remember, be patient and be consistent.
