They are held down, beaten and stabbed until they comply. Most circus acts and riding require punishment methods for elephants to perform their task. ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ When traveling, or decide to watch a show with animal entertainment, look for cruelty free options and support eco tourism. Contributing to the demand of the exploited has undesired consequences to us and the environment. Though Elephants make a big contributing factor to Thailands tourism, i hope they are protected.
