IG จ๋า - ยศสินี ณ นคร | The real carbonara doesn't need much. It's creamy but requires no cream. It actually needs 3 ingredients; Bacon, fresh egg and good Cheese. The ingredients must be super fresh. The only tricky part is when you pour the egg and cheese mixture into the noodle and bacon. Make sure that the pan is not too hot or you would end up getting a scrambled egg pasta (which could be good for breakfast). The rest is super simple. The sauce would warm up perfectly and nicely coat the noodle. You get to taste the real flavor of every single ingredient in this dish and it's just satisfying to the max! #WhatIEatToday
