This forest monastery is located in one of mountain ranges deep in the upcountry of Northern Thailand. It was where I spent half of my monkhood in. . Without much connection to the outer world, I found myself in a fast-forward pace for soul growth, self-actualization and spirit awakening. In Buddhism, you may reach that point of enlightenment through a practice of constant meditation, focusing only on the present of your breathing. Then you may find out how profound your soul is when everything turns into 'emptiness'. . I will never forget those lifetime experiences and would be more than happy to share with people who struggle to find the true peace in life. 🙏🏻 . PEACE IS WITHIN YOU.
