IG สน - ยุกต์ ส่งไพศาล | Never do Abs exercise before doing heavy #deadlift❗️ . This video is taken after I did 30 mins of Abs exercise. Obviously, I got weaker doing deadlift compared to my previous post( 160kg-> 150kg) and I had to stop at 1 rep because I couldn’t engage my abs any further. Or if I keep doing it, the load would go to my lower back instead. . Lots of people complained of my previous video due to going heavy and arching my back. So I had to explain I was doing 1-3 Reps max (powerlifting style). Turn Sound on and you’ll hear how I breathe to engage my core/abs muscle to take the load out of my lower back. And by engaging my abs really hard, my back looks like It’s arching a little bit like when you do planking. Unlike doing deadlift over 10 reps, going this heavy for 1RM will injure your lower back, if you only use lower back to keep your torso straight. Don’t know what other people think, but for me, deadlift is not my lower back exercise 😂 thank you all for your concerns and I would stop doing this exercise immediately when my lower back is about to take action 😘😘 .
