IG ปู - ไปรยา ลุนด์เบิร์ก | The thing I’ve learnt about not getting hit in the face with this ball is the more you over think or try to visualize it in to something that makes you mad. What happens is your emotions take over and you miss it or it whacks you in the face. However, if you do it with just being in the flow and just being in awareness nothing more and nothing less.. you get to hit the thing 🤞🏻I guess I found a little life lesson in boxing today 😌 @builtbygod
