IG เซฟ - เซฟฟานี่ อาวะนิค | I use to hate push ups, because I sucked at it. Upper body strength has always been my struggle.
But then I thought.....
If I don’t want to suck at it, I need to work on it more ! 🤯
I know it feels better to work on your stronger body parts all the time, but don’t forget other areas . Areas you want to improve your strengths in.
Instead of thinking about weight loss all the time, I want to start setting performance goals for yourself.
Start simple, such as;
- 10 full push ups
- 5-10 pull ups maybe ?
- Squat / Deadlift X amount of weight ?
What every it is, it’s YOUR GOAL. You’re doing this for YOU.
